Volunteer Application Form
Gord, Volunteer Driver
I think it’s given me a much greater appreciation for good health. It’s also given me a true respect for the courage and inspiration a lot of these people have. There are some nights when I get home and have a lump in my throat after hearing about what they must endure.
Donna, Equipment Volunteer
Volunteering at CAP has made me more aware of the needs of others and the importance of helping people when their lives are in turmoil. It makes me feel good to be able to provide people with the equipment they need when we have it; it’s very self-fulfilling.
Lois, Client Services Volunteer
I really enjoy the work that I do for CAP. It is very rewarding to know we are helping those who need it. It has certainly been an eye-opening experience for me to see the way cancer affects so many people, from all walks of life.
