The board of directors is currently seeking a dynamic individual with senior leadership and fund development experience in the community-based not-for-profit sector to fill the permanent full-time role of Executive Director, following the impending departure of the current E.D. The incoming Executive Director will provide leadership as CAP continues to grow. The board of directors anticipates continued growth following a highly successful three years, under the impressive leadership of the current E.D. Over the last three years, CAP has rebranded, established its first-ever Strategic Plan, undergone governance and organizational restructuring, increased the number of clients served year over year and increased its revenues year over year. The Cancer Assistance Program is a valued partner within the community’s cancer-care network and is committed to future expansion in an effort to ensure that those in need of the practical supports offered through CAP, have access to the same.
