The CAP merchandise has been thoughtfully designed and crafted with care by dedicated members of our community, and we are incredibly thankful for their support. Every purchase whether it’s a necklace, bracelet, cookbook or a Donn Zver ornament, directly contributes to CAP, helping us support cancer patients and their families. Each piece serves as a meaningful reminder of the positive impact your purchase makes in our community. Items are available for purchase online or at the CAP office, located at
555 Concession St., Hamilton.

Donn Zver is one of this region’s most recognized artists, and his mugs, dinnerware, vases, and casserole dishes can be found in homes across Ontario and well beyond. His studio in Troy has become a destination of its own, where Donn and his team produce more than 10,000 handmade pieces each year. Visitors are welcome to step into the studio and watch Donn at the wheel.

Since 2024, Donn and his team have created custom, limited-edition Keepsake Ornaments for CAP. Each year, a new ornament is released at CAP’s Annual Gala.

 These make great gift tags, personal presents and can be used as a necklace pendant.

The 2025 ornament is a bright red Canadian maple leaf, celebrating the spirit of Canada and the strength of the CAP community.

The first Keepsake Ornament in the series created. Heart of Strength recognizes CAP’s clients, caregivers and supporters. Many different colours and patterns to choose from.
