The CAP merchandise has been thoughtfully designed and crafted with care by dedicated members of our community, and we are incredibly thankful for their support. Every purchase whether it’s a necklace, bracelet, cookbook or the Heart of Strength ornament, directly contributes to CAP, helping us support cancer patients and their families. Each piece serves as a meaningful reminder of the positive impact your purchase makes in our community. Items are available for purchase online or at the CAP office, located at
555 Concession St., Hamilton.
