We are pleased to announce that in the Fall of 2016, we initiated a Client Feedback survey.
All individuals that have accessed the Cancer Assistance Program’s services for six months or longer, will be receiving a survey. Moving forward, all new clients will receive a survey six months following their initial intake.
We will be summarizing all client feedback and posting the summary on this page, by the end of January 2017. We will also post an action plan, detailing any changes we will be making to service delivery, in direct response to feedback.
We appreciate any feedback that individuals are able to provide. This feedback will enable CAP to further improve upon service delivery and better meet the diverse needs of those reaching out and requesting assistance.
